INJECTION MOLDING
Our Injection Molding Department provides a wide variety of services and finished products. With 20 Injection Molding Machines ranging from 50 tons to 1,000 ton presses we have the ability to handle any size project. Our team of selected experts our here to service your specific requirements from Molding parameters, to resin specifications, down to part finish, AMT Plastics is your ultimate Injection Molding partner.
EXTRUSION
Our Profile Extrusion Department provides a variety of services and finished products. With 15 Extrusion lines ranging from 1/2″ to 3.5″ AMT Plastics has the capability to extrude a wide range of products and sizes. Our professional team is here to assist you on your most complex Profile, from single/co/tri Extrusions, to specific lengths, resin specifications, down to part finish AMT Plastics is your ultimate Extrusion partner.
TOOL & DIE
Our In-House 7,500sqft tool room is ready to take on your next challenge. With over 150+ pieces of equipment from Vertical CNC, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, Lathes, Milling Machines, Grinders, to technical measuring equipment AMT Plastics tool room is by your side in bringing your next idea to a reality.
